Each Monday morning 7am (Japan time) or 9am (AEST) or 6pm (EST Sunday) or 3pm (PST – Sunday) I am a regular moderator on the Airbnb Success Stories room. Each week all sorts of topics that impact hosts in the Short Term Rental space are discussed. I am learning so much from others and my aim is to give value too. This is a wonderfully supportive community and everybody is so generous with their time and expertise. There are experts from all over the world and each have a different perspective on the STR industry. There are so many ways to run a business and so there are so many rich discussions and lots of friendly banter with some giants in the STR industry.
Following this earlier session, I host a room with Bart and we conduct live branding audits. Here we examine real Airbnb listings or direct booking sites from volunteers from the audience.
