Over the last couple of years I have appeared on a couple of podcasts- it has always been a fun opportunity and I am lucky to be approached. I have another podcast coming out soon too and can’t wait to share that one with you as well.
Interested in having me on your podcast? Contact me here. I would love to be on more podcasts to share my story!
Legends Interview Series Podcast
Firstly, Sarah Furuya’s Legends Interview Series – this was actually a video turned podcast and the podcast series launched August 1st 2020.
You can check out all of the episodes here. My episode was the first one Sarah released last year and also first for the podcast. I was honored to be a part of this project and am so happy to see it turned into a podcast!
A short write up from Sarah
“Welcome to the first ever Legend in podcast form! Please excuse the sound quality of this recordings, it was our very first attempt! “If you wait for things to be perfect, that ship sails…” So many gems of wisdom in this wonderful interview from Tracey. Tracey Northcott of Enfour, Tokyo Family Stays and Tracey Northcott Consulting, is a serial entrepreneur and multi-preneur who has her finger on the pulse of the waves of opportunity that present in the Zeitgeist. From Australian born, now a long-term resident of Tokyo, Tracey -the personal to the professional and everything in between – this hero’s journey is the one to watch. Divorce, devotion, Food science, sales and so many different phases in this fascinating life. But as these waves ebb and flow, so she rides them”
HomeBNB Podcast
Then while we were working on the recent site revamp I was featured on the HomeBNB Podcast. You can listen here. A huge thank you to Gustavo for the opportunity. Gustavo started his podcast earlier this year – the first episode is about his own journey to becoming a host.
Write up from Gustavo Briseno
” Tracey Northcott helps entrepreneurs in Tokyo get more from their rental properties. Tracey has expanded her consulting services to allow her to help hosts globally and can help you build a profile of your ideal guest and your ideal hosting lifestyle balance. She’ll help you create a dream-come-true experience for your ideal guest and help you curate a “winning listing” for your property. A listing that reliably and regularly delivers you the best possible guests – while filtering out the bad ones. Tracey started hosting in 2012 in Tokyo with a single small 1 bedroom apartment. In under 3 years she became a “super host”, operating 23 properties all over Tokyo. Recently Tracey has been spending more time on her other businesses, including consulting. But she still runs 12 properties with her husband and small team of dedicated hospitality specialists. Her website is Tokyo Family Stays.”
