As a serial entrepreneur, I do not shy away from big groups or big issues and can engage an audience as a speaker. I offer practical guidance and the right amount of personal anecdotes thrown in while offering real value to the listeners. Having managed my family business for the last 20 years plus a number of side hustles and hobbies, this have given me a wealth of experience to draw on. I have certainly not had a standard career path or lifestyle.

My enthusiasm and expert knowledge are shared authentically, and my sincerity and love for what I do shines through helping me to inspire others and capture audiences hearts.

I am an experienced speaker having spoken to a variety of audiences over the years. I’ve been involved on panels, presented to small groups as well as technical demonstrations with both the company I run with my family Enfour & my sub-businesses Tracey Northcott Consulting, The Wholehearted Host & Tokyo Family Stays.
