Yes to both! At one time I ran 23 properties. I’ve cut back a bit to have more time to help entrepreneurs like you. But I still run several properties in five wards: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Setagaya, Suginami and Nakano.

I have curated all my favourite printed resources that I use in my listings and made them as printables that you can use. I have been making these for over 8 years. You can download them for a small fee.
Do you have suggested commercial items that I need to start with?
We are working on getting a page up with all you will need. Full disclosure, this will be an affiliate page but all these items are ones that I have discovered to work the best for me. I am not associated with any of the brands of products other than as a consumer and fan. There are many commercial tools that I have reviewed on my blog.
