Why these two things?
Photoshoots are an essential part of a successful STR business. I tend to get new photos about once every 18 months or so. We update our listings and our social media regularly with these assets. But photoshoots are an investment. So I have created a little checklist so that you can maximise your return and avoid an expensive reshoot.
From personal experience, it is really important to get clear with yourself AND then your photographer about your brand and your ideal guest – that is who you are trying to attract.
